I cannot recall the last time I tried it in capsule form. Maybe I have and maybe I have not. Between the pure hot peppers and the capsules, what would be better in this regard from your way of thinking?
That’s good. For those who can’t, it can be easily taken in powdered form in capsules you can make up yourself.
Unless I overdo it, I can tolerate a significant spice factor.
