This bill will result in the arrest and detainment of unvaccinated American citizens

As if the “Key to NYC” program wasn’t dystopian enough, New York is now looking to pass a bill granting the state permission to remove and detain anyone suspected of being a “significant threat to public health.”
With this general wording, those who are unvaccinated, or come into contact with COVID-19, could face removal from public life for an indefinite period of time.
Seeing how radical the Democrat elites of New York have become, it wouldn’t be a surprise if this bill passes during its scheduled vote on January 5th, 2022. Australia’s recent authoritarian moves have likely inspired New York Democrats to draft Assembly Bill A416.

In Australia, the government has spent millions of dollars on literal internment camps to fill with non-compliant citizens. With liberty falling all over the Western world, it makes sense that New York would lead the way towards our dive into tyranny.
On New York’s Senate website, they describe Assembly Bill A416 as legislation that:
“Relates to the removal of cases, contacts and carriers of communicable diseases who are potentially dangerous to the public health.”
This legal language in the bill is intentionally vague to give New York government officials as much power as possible over the lives of its citizens.
If the above language were to be made clearer, it would read: NYC has the power to remove individuals from public life that have COVID or are suspected of having come into contact with carriers of the disease.
The bill also states that:
“Upon determining by clear and convincing evidence that the health of others is or may be endangered…The Governor… may order the removal and/or detention of such a person or of a group of persons by issuing a single order, identifying such persons either by name or by a reasonably specific description of the individuals or group being detained. Such person or group of persons shall be detained in a medical facility or other appropriate facility or premise designated by the Governor.”
Assembly Bill A416 is shockingly tyrannical. The above section of the bill grants the Governor the power to detain a singular person they deem a risk to the public health and entire groups of people.
Look at the language of the bill: “identifying such persons by name or by a reasonably specific description.”
This means that the Governor could send out an order to round up an entire group of people without even knowing their actual identity or if they had even come into contact with COVID. Based on the language, could “all attendees of MAGA and anti-vaccine event” suffice as a reasonably specific description warranting detention?

If you visit the New York State Senate website, you will see that an enormous number of New Yorkers strongly detest Assembly Bill A416. Many rightly cite that this violates fundamental human rights, and the language is vague and unconstitutional.
The passage of Assembly Bill A416 will result in a severely polarized nation. Those who don’t want to be oppressed by their government will flee to red states, making New York devoid of any rational and freedom-loving Americans.
But know this, that (in the last days [a]perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! (2 Timothy 1-5)
