In March of 2008,  I, Dina Perkins, – a born again believer since May 10, 1979 –  lay on my death bed.  At 55, I had suffered a massive accidental prescription drug overdose.  It was 100% preventable, had my doctor been there to truly help me rather than to earn the big bucks.  I suffered greatly and nearly died, for no other reason than because I was  following the precise orders of my doctor in order to control the chronic pain I had as the result of several spinal and head injuries.  I am a nurse and discussed with my doctor, the probability that I was addicted.  My doctor broke out laughing that day, and told me that there was no possibility of addiction.  He furthered told me that my quality of life would suffer beyond repair unless I took all of the medications he gave me.

By the time I had been admitted to the hospital,  the drugs that I was ‘obediently’ taking were:  Vicodin & Norco (Hydrocodone), Morphine, Fentanyl tablets, Fentanyl patches, Oxycontin, Codeine, Ativan, Trazadone, Methadone, Soma, Darvocet, Percocet, Oxycontin, Paxil, and Klonopin.  ALL of these drugs were prescribed to me by ONE doctor – the doctor I thought I could trust with my life. This doctor REFUSED to HEAR my desperate cries about my believing I was addicted and was dying. This was the ultimate betrayal.

During a series of events that happened before, during and after my near death experience, I learned just what true Salvation meant, and how to walk a walk with Jesus that will ultimately take me to my prepared home in heaven.

My story needs to be told and heard by everyone… especially Christians.  There are too many believers being insidiously deceived by the devil through the use and abuse of physician prescribed prescription drugs.  All too many people, by ‘obeying’ their doctor rather than obeying God,  are going to hell and need to be turned around. We need to do research on our own and quit trusting any ‘professionals’. Human nature dictates that there are unbalanced people in every professions – including medicine. It’s in the media all the time.

 

Why do I Need to Get This Message Out?

A very important factor is education and awareness for the unsuspecting victims and their loved ones. My husband, Bill, was at a loss to helpme because he just didn’t know about Rx Drug Addiction and it’s lethal effects.  As most do, Bill trusted my doctor when neither he nor I should have. Spouses and other loved ones need to know what to do and how to recognize this type of problem. Anyone, once addicted, needs to be rescued.  It is improbable that one can understand the depth of danger once one these types of drugs.

You need to pay close attention to what I have to say about what I’ve learned.  Lives are at risk.  Every 19 minutes someone here in the US, dies of an accidental prescription drug overdose… an overdose caused by the doctor they trusted.  This is a subject that very few will take the risk to talk about; however, I have given my life to end this nightmare that is affecting adults and children alike.  if you go to a doctor, your chances are very high that you will be offered these deadly drugs… even with a complaint of a simple headache or backache.

This is a WARNING to everyone… especially to God’s people who are being held captive by the enemy through dangerous addictive prescription drugs. My message is urgent and needs to be heard.  In 19 minutes from now, another victim of a greedy doctor will have needlessly and prematurely died due to an accidental drug overdose.

Not all doctors are monster drug pushers; however, there are enough of them to cause Iatrogenic Death (death caused by doctors) to now be the #1 cause of accidental and preventable death here in the US. I don’t want you or your loved one to be the next victim.
