DESPAIR, NOT DISEASE, IS THE CAUSE OF ADDICTION

Many of us have been lied to in the past and have been deeply hurt by people.  We have suffered disappointment after disappointment and many have become discouraged to the point of not believing in any hope. Just remember that God isn’t just ‘anyone’; He is God. He gives us hope and promises that He WILL fulfill.

There is no one like Him.  He created you and will always be there for you. You just have to trust Him.  His name is Jesus and He is the Messiah available to be Lord of each of our lives – ‘if’ we ask Him to be.

The Bible says that Jesus came “to heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds”.  We know that addiction happens when there is an underlying condition of despair, brokenness, emotional pain,  physical trauma, depressions, severe anxiety, loss of self-esteem, and many other types of deep hurts common to people. There is a place where you can come for healing of your addiction.  It’s called Recovery Room 7.  It’s a place of refuge and a gateway of hope.  It’s a virtual place online where we meet with you by phone and internet – live, in the moment, and on demand.  We are just a text, email or phone call away when you need us. Our Recovery Team is composed of certified Adult & Teen Challenge Teachers, certified Christian Life Coaches, ordained ministers of the Gospel, a nationally certified marriage educator and coach, a certified mental health coach and first responder, a retired nurse, and volunteers who truly care about you.  This team knows addiction and how to guide you to total healing.
